PlantWith over 7500 square feet and three completely independent lines, InduSSpray can deliver
up to 1,000,000 cans per month. This capacity can be augmented depending on order
size.
Quality
All staff employed at InduSSpray possess adequate qualifications and training to discharge
their duties. We have qualified analytical chemists on board for formulating and
manufacturing aerosols. Trainings are conducted at regular intervals to maintain quality and
safety.
Benchmarks are established in consultation with the client for each product line to ensure
repeatability and consistency. We have in place a system for traceability for better corrective
and preventive action. There is a quarantine mechanism, where units are isolated for 24
hours and weighed again to ensure against leakage.
InduSSpray is on track to be ISO 9001:2000 certified by March 2008.
